To enable us to serve you properly we recommend arriving ten minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. On the day of your wedding our staff will be here to welcome you and your wedding party with plenty of pampering. We are pleased to provide you with mimosas, and an assortment of baked goods.
Contract and Payment
In order to book your appointments we require a 50% deposit to hold the wedding date. If services are cancelled for any reason 60 days prior to the wedding date you will receive a refund of your deposit less 10%. Cancellations after 60 days will not receive a refund. For your convenience the balance is due the day of your wedding, or can also be paid at the time of your trial so there is less to worry about the day of. We hope that this will add to the ease and enjoyment of your day. Contracts are found under the "services" and "on-site" tabs and can be downloaded at your convenience.

Please wear a button down shirt for your appointment.
Have your hair washed and dried completely before arriving if we are styling hair in a formal style. We recommend washing and styling your hair the day prior to your wedding day. Please avoid using a flat iron as it can make the hair harder to work with. The natural oils and styling products will help your hair stay in place.
Pricing and Tipping
All pricing is determined by the experience of your professional. Prices may change without notice due our employees education and gained experience. We believe that tipping should be left to the discretion of our guests. Therefore, gratuities are not included in any service, gift card or spa package. Our service providers greatly appreciate you thanking them for the service they provided.
If you will be using the spa... Bella Salon & Spa can provide bathrobes, slippers, and a basket for your personal belongings. If you will need a safe place for jewelry please ask in advance. We have a shower available upon request, as well as a blow drier and styling products (must request at time of booking appointment).
Health Concerns for Spa Services
Please be forthcoming with your personal health so that we can help you plan accordingly. If you have high blood pressure or a heart condition it may be best to avoid body wraps or any treatments that involve heat or detoxification. If your allergic to iodine avoid marine products such as seaweed. If you have varicose veins avoid body scrubs to those areas. If your pregnant avoid essential oils, detoxification, and anything that may raise your body temperature such as body wraps.
We ask that you turn your cell phones either off, or on silent when in the Salon and Spa. We wish to provide a relaxed and peaceful atmosphere for all guests visiting us.
Our staff's commitment is to your complete satisfaction and quality of service. It is very common for our guests to work with more than two or three professionals in a given area. If you feel at any time that you would be more comfortable or better served by another staff member, or if you would simply like to try something new, we encourage you to do so.
For their own safety, children are not permitted in the service areas of the Salon and Spa unless they are receiving services.
Bella Salon & Spa is committed to your complete satisfaction. Please contact us within three days of your spa service, or within one week of your salon service should you be disappointed or dissatisfied and we will do everything possible to ensure your happiness and meet your expectations. We regret we cannot issue refunds on any service.
If you are not satisfied with a retail product please bring your product back and exchange your purchase for another product of equal or lesser value. A retail credit can also be placed on your account. All returns must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Gift Cards are available in any dollar amount to be used towards products and services unless otherwise stated. Gift Cards are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Bella Salon & Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. Gift Cards MUST be present at time of redemption/payment. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.
