Spa Etiquette

Our spa is a place a tranquility. Relaxation is the key to the success of our treatments. It is important for you to arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled service time. This will allow you to check in, change, and get comfortable. Arriving late will result in loss of time towards your service, as you will still be charged for the full amount of service(s) scheduled. You will be modestly draped during service(s). Bella Salon & Spa can provide bathrobes, slippers, and a basket for your personal belongings. If you will need a safe place for jewelry please ask in advance. We have a shower available upon request, as well as a blow dryer and styling products (must request at time of booking appointment). If there is anything else we can help you with please do not hesitate to ask.

If this is your first visit, please allow extra time to out your personal profile, as well as starting to relax and unwind. The more relaxed you are at the beginning of the treatment, the more beneficial your treatment will be. Our new client massage form is available under the massage section for your convenience to download and fill out prior to arrival for your appointment.
  

Health Concerns for Spa Services

Please be forthcoming with your personal health so that we can help you plan accordingly. If you have high blood pressure or a heart condition it may be best to avoid body wraps or any treatments that involve heat or detoxification. If your allergic to iodine avoid marine products such as seaweed. If you have varicose veins avoid body scrubs to those areas. If your pregnant avoid essential oils, detoxification, and anything that may raise your body temperature such as body wraps.

Pricing and Tipping
All pricing is determined by the experience of your professional. Prices may change without notice due our employees education and gained experience. We believe that tipping should be left to the discretion of our guests. Therefore, gratuities are not included in any service, gift card or spa package. Our service providers greatly appreciate you thanking them for the service they provided.

Scheduling
We recommend that you schedule your future services while still on the premises. When scheduling more than one treatment, please ask which order is best. Usually body treatments especially massages are most relaxing after facials, then make sure to schedule any hair and makeup last. Our staff will let you know the best way to book all appointments.

Lateness
In the event of arriving late to an appointment, and as a courtesy to our next guest, your appointment will end as originally scheduled. Lateness may also cause the appointment to be rescheduled based on the amount of time needed to provide the service scheduled.

Cancellation Policy
We are aware that at times there may be a need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. We kindly ask that you give us 24 hours notice for all single service appointments. Multiple service appointments, or appointments requiring a deposit will need 48 hours notice of any cancellation or changes. Failure to give proper notice of changes or cancellations to your appointment(s) will result in a 50% service charge, as well as any deposits being non-refundable. No show appointments will be charged 100% service charge and will be required to keep a from of payment on file to book future appointments. This policy is in consideration of the value of the time of all of our quests and our talented technicians. 

Payment
Payment is made at the end of your visit, at the front desk. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Debit, Cash, and Checks. For personal checks, valid photo identification is required. A $30 fee is charged on any returned checks.

Cell Phones
We ask that you turn your cell phones either off, or on silent when in the Salon and Spa. We wish to provide a relaxed and peaceful atmosphere for all guests visiting us.

Refreshments
At Bella Salon & Spa our refreshment bar is always open with an array of drinks such as: Coffee, Tea, Soda, Water, Beer, and Wine. It is a perfect way to relax before, during, or after your service. This complimentary service is offered to every guest of the Salon and Spa.

Lunch 
Available upon request when scheduling your appointment.

What to Bring

Staff Selection
Our staff's commitment is to your complete satisfaction and quality of service. It is very common for our guests to work with more than two or three professionals in a given area. If you feel at any time that you would be more comfortable or better served by another staff member, or if you would simply like to try something new, we encourage you to do so.

Children
For their own safety, children are not permitted in the service areas of the Salon and Spa unless they are receiving services.

Service Guarantee
Bella Salon & Spa is committed to your complete satisfaction. Please contact us within three days of your spa service, or within one week of your salon service should you be disappointed or dissatisfied and we will do everything possible to ensure your happiness and meet your expectations. We regret we cannot issue refunds on any service.

Retail Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with a retail product please bring your product back and exchange your purchase for another product of equal or lesser value. A retail credit can also be placed on your account. All returns must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Gift Cards
Gift Cards are available in any dollar amount to be used towards products and services unless otherwise stated. Gift Cards are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Bella Salon & Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. Gift Cards MUST be present at time of redemption/payment. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.
